Linguals on 1 month had adjustment yesterday

I went to the orthodonists yesterday since it was one month. I have a space inbetween the two from teeth and a crooked tooth next to the one front tooth. They ended up tieing 3 teeth in the front together to pull it more. Then tied 3 to the back to pull it more backwards. Then placed the power chain in and hooked it to the bracket that wasn't attached yet. They wrapped the power chain around the tooth to give it more pull to bring it backwards. It hurt having it put in. I had discomfort all night. I took Ibuprofen.I was wondering if anyone had this done in linguals before?
They used this nylon stuff that looks like the flossers they give out to get inbetween the teeth.

Thanks for responding to my post.You said that you got braces at Ellicott city. I live in Ellicott city and am Looking at at getting ibraces. Did u go tto Orthodontic assocaited to Jeffrey Miller , let me know
