I find myself here after 19 years when I last had braces, and now I’m back because my daughter has started her journey. She had 4 teeth extracted today and will be in braces by the end of July. She is only 11 years old compared to when I had braces at 18 years old. I’m interested in seeing how much has changed in almost 20 years and refresh my memory to guide her through this experience as I only that this forum to help me when I was younger.
