I know this has been asked before, but figured I'd ask again. I had SARPE just a shade over a year ago, especially curious if anyone had this done in conjunction with top expansion or orthognathic surgery. Anyone have this done? Results? Healing? I had about four days in between the surgery and when I started expanding. I felt a lot of tension and pressure when I expanded, I think that's pretty normal.
