i got spacers last thursday. OW! they were killing me for 3 days, and now i barely feel them, but they messed up my bite which is annoying me. I kno how that was! They hurt for a while and your bite is probably going to be messed up during the whole process of the expander.... its poopy i kno lol b...

Well I dont have to turn my expader any more!! yay!.. Its been a few weeks since I have had to stop turning it so I'm extreamly happy!.. I get braces (expander is in till some time around Febuary) October 18th! The expander so far has been great no pain what so ever and I have a gap a little bigger...

Ok Its been a week of turning... I have one more week of turning and then it gets to heal! So far nothing has hurt. Turning is a pain because the key sticks to my finger and falls out and then I have to fish around till i find the hole in the back. Yes the bridge of my nose hurts a little but not e...

Well my expander is on now! It didnt hurt only a little when they fitted to make sure it fitted right, the glueing was ok... it tasted a lil bad but I got over it... my first turn didnt hurt it just felt like a little pressure.. my second turn hurt a tiny bit but now i can eat a lil......mushy inst...
