Thank you both! My pre-op appointment is on Monday so I plan to put a list of supplements together to run by my surgeon.

So my surgery is July 27th and I've been wondering about supplements. Has anyone had any luck with specific ones? I've seen mention of things like Bromelain tablets (for swelling), L-Glutamine, Omega-3 fish oil, etc in addition to a daily multivitamin. Do any of these help in your experience or is i...

I posted in another thread and noticed my ticker ... 22 days, yikes! My surgery date is July 27th.

I need two implants but my ortho wants to wait until I'm near the end of treatment. The line of reasoning as I understand it is to make sure everything is in the right place before putting them in since they don't move once they're in.
