I started laying flat after 4/5 weeks because I realised the residual swelling is always going to be worse in the morning regardless of sitting upright or laying down its due to non activity and still at 5 months post op I hate my morning swelling I get up hours early for work just to try and shake ...

I had surgery whilst I was anemic.

Just as they were wheeling me in they pointed out I was anemic and told me to fix it after.

Depends how anemic you are really but you should mention it as lack of iron means you may not heal properly.

Complan I find is better than Ensure but the ensure was given to me by the doctor lots of crates of it, I bought the complan myself its more filling and tastes better and its on offer at the moment too so I bought loads :D

However my doctor has since given me a dietitian and I have lots of ensure drinks provided by my doctor, 1 a day and I bought myself complan, 2 complan drinks are equivalent to 1 main meal and they are very fill...

Pictures would be best because you may not be swollen you may just have a new face shape and size.

If your face was made shorter or moved forward it will be permanently fuller.

But I do not know what you had done.
