Retainer

Hi,

I am having some questions about retainers. How long do I have to wait for retainer? I get braces off in the morning and I get (hawley) retainer in afternoon? Can I request for a borned retainer or do I have to have removable one?

thanks

I believe you can find some friends here, put it on facebook, because we are "connected" here at least one thing and you can find a friend here (or any other forum) but putting your ortho (which you dont know) on a facebook it is really odd! He/she is not your friend or co-worker or someth...

Like "braceyourself" said; miracles need time. :) To me, it helps thinking on people who just got braces or will get them, then I say to myself, thanks God I am already 9 months in treatment. :)

Patience.... one day. And of course I hardly wait to, to get them off.

HI,

I agree with Ashley, I still had my TPA, I hope I will get ride of it on november. Usually TPA is there around 6-12 months, then they remove it, so dont worry, you will get use to. first 2 weeks are the worst, then thinks get better, you forget you have it. And your tongue will be just fine.
