Hi, now that you've had your braces off, have you noticed any color differences in the areas of your teeth that had the brackets on?

I'd be cautiously about the 6 month braces as well. I've heard various things about the effectiveness of that treatment, whereas for full braces it generally been all the same.

Smoking affects things at the cellular level, so it takes time for it to become a factor in healing. I'd start declining those invitations to smoke, but those two or three cigarettes won't be an issue.
