I can't edit my post. But anyway, to answer your other question about how to pick the best...IMO, I cared more about their experience and knowledge than the letters behind their name. I once looked up the difference between DMD and DDS and it didn't seem to matter. I would say just schedule consulta...

Thanks for all of the replies. One of the surgeons that I visited thought that 3 opinions was "a lot", so I figured I'd ask. I'll continue on to my 3rd consultation :D.
