The uppers are pretty good...I can definitely tell that they are more solid now in my jaw...the lowers are pretty good as well, still a bit of pain every now and again in the lower fronts though but it's manageable. Congrats on getting your braces off, your teeth look good!!! I just got mine off in march and I have the upper and lower bonded retainers as well, they are pretty easy to floss with if you have those threaders. I saw small changes only 5 days in. 9 weeks in the changes were a lot more obvious. The results will come don't worry.

So I'm about 3 weeks post braces and so far it's been an amazing thing to experience being brace free with straight teeth and a decently functioning bite! My essix retainer took a couple weeks to get used to, but I barely notice when I have it in now...
