July 12 I went for a consult. Ortho (Dr Nelson)is very nice, the office is very modern and clean. You do a computer check in and they seem to move very fast. I met first with the consultant (MaryAnne). She asked what I wanted from this. I must have looked at her with some confusion. To me it was obv...

Wll I have become an addict too I guess, and I dont get my braces on for 2 more weeks. I am the type to need certain routines or I let things go. I figured if I started the routines when I made the descion to get braces, I would have less problem sticking to it. Today I started adding in the salt wa...

I have been looking around for either and cant find them at all. I have been to Bartells, Walgreens, Riteaid and Walmart. As far as I can tell the blue stuff isnt back on the market yet and I cant find the disclosing tablets anywhere but on line from some dental site.

What Meryaten said is true. My ortho will let me choos the knid of braces I want in my situation. He dosnt charge more for any of them. He happens to use Smart Clips, which is another form of self ligating braces. He did tell me though that what ever kind of braces I chose I was still looking at 24 ...

Ok so as I prepare for my b-day I am curious what you all do for your morning, lunch (at work), and before bed oral cleaning routines. I work as a nurse and I will be lucky if I can do a quick rinse on my lunch. I want to start a rountine now before the braces go on, so its not another new thing on ...
