I am three months in braces. The ortho also put a new heavier wire (this is my third) on the top teeth plus a spring. She is trying to make some space to pull down a canine into place. That really hurt. I thought she was trying to pull out my tooth. It’s not too bad right now. I go back in five weeks.

Saw my ortho today. She fixed my blue molar build ups. She said they wear down. Now my bite is better and no more tmj pain.

Thanks SDFD, Well things can’t get any worse than they are so I am hoping they get better over time as my teeth get straight and my bite is fixed. It’s gonna be a long road ahead I am sure.
