Hey, I just noticed that it's my 6 month brace-a-versary today!!

Yaaaaaay to me for making it this far!

Time really does fly...I really can't believe it's been so long already. I hope this means that the next 12 months go by just as quickly.

I think I use wax a lot...typically at night. Most of the time I end up sleeping on my stomach with my face smashed against a pillow (wish I didn't do this...), and my wires tend to cut the inside of my mouth. Using wax decreases the owwies associated with my face sleeping.

My lips have definitely gotten larger since getting braces and I LOVE it!! I really hope they don't go back to the way they were pre-braces when I get my braces removed, but I have a feeling that will be the case.

Oh well. In the meantime I will enjoy my pumped-up pout!

Thank you! I've been in braces for 5 months now, but after I got my spring I saw a lot of improvement in about 2 weeks.
