I too have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. They want me to wear a herbst appliance. Is that what you did and did it help you?

Stick with it. I am staying braced till they get it right.

I am not sure how long this round will be. Depends on how fast my teeth respond I guess. Best guess 12-18 mos. Previously it took longer, but I had more problems to deal with.
