Welcome :D

Don't worry it will get better. Your mouth needs to get used to having the aligners .It does take couple of days. You will be able to eat properly soon.
Also removing of the aligners will get easier.
Good luck with your treatment

DayWhite ACP whitening gel after you finished your treatment

Hi guys, I was just wondering, has anyone who finished their treatment carried on using the whitening gel with their trays? I have finished my treatment few months ago and run out of the gel, thinking of buying some more. What I would like to know, do you think it is safe to buy one from Ebay? I fou...

it's normal for the trays to get quite loose after couple of days. The momevent normally happens in the first few days but we have to wear each set for 14 days so that the teeth can get use to and stay in the new position I guess. So don't worry about that. Don't worry about the split aligner anymor...

Try to be careful so the crack doesn't get any bigger and you should be fine. You could change to tray no 2 a day or two earlier, I mean I am sure it would fit, however I am not sure whether it's a good idea so early in the treatment. Once I misplaced an aligner and they wanted to charge me 150pound...

Hi I wouldn't worry too much. But I understand your concerns. I am sure your ortho, if he is experienced, knows what he is doing. Doesn't matter how many teeth you wanted corrected, all your teeth have to be moved in order to do that. And , yes most people will have to wear refinements which are jus...

My retainers are called Vivera retainers. All 3 sets were included in the treatment. They should definately provide at least 2 retainers as they can get lost or damaged.
Good luck with the rest of your treatment :D

That's exactly what I was thinking..I am only 27, I 've got 3 sets of retainers for the many years ahead of me. Surely in 20 years time I will not be able to call my ortho up and ask for a new set of retainers :) I definately do not want my teeth to move back so I will wear my retainers regularly at...

Finished invisalign-how long do I have to wear the retainers

hi everybody, I finished my treatment few months ago and my ortho gave me 3 sets of retainers /identical/. I have to wear them every night for the next 6 months and after that 2-3nights a week. What I want to know - is it for life? Didn't even think of asking that question as I was so excited about ...

Hi,
I used to wear them on average for 21 hours a day. I finished my treatment a had no problems. 23hours seems a lot to me. I think anything above 20 hours is fine.

Hi, I had the same problem. I had an overbite which I wanted badly to correct. However, the treatment was coming to end and my teeth were straight but the overbite was still there. The very last sets corrected this problem. I did need refinements cause I wasn't happy with the result. THey are just a...

Hi, it's not that bad so don't worry too much about it. Yes your teeth will be sore after starting each set which is absolutely normal as they will be moving. You will feel some discomfort and a bit of pain when brushing/flossing but after a day or 2 this should go away. I remember having a sore mou...

Hi, I have never had any problems with kissing during my treatment :D So don't worry about that. I had the same problem as you, I am already very slim and didn't need to loose any weight however I think I did loose a little bit as I wasn't able to snack as much as before. What I did I tried to drink...

Hi,

yes it's very normal and they will go away once your mouth and tongue get used to the braces. I can't remember very well but i think I only had that during my first set.
Good luck with your treatment.
