thanks for the note and comments on the extraction. They said it wouldn't take long and are going to pick a tooth that is healthy with no issues or root problems. Will keep everyone posted on what happens and if the power chains and headgear end up in my future!

i am getting metal on my lowers, but the plan is for adding uppers half way through and those would be ceramic most likely. the orthodontist said that the smoke/medium gray hide stains best - am too a coffee drinker and that was concern of mine
