I keep getting the feeling like I have to suck my teeth in and pull my lips over the braces on top. It's weird and sometimes annoying. 2 weeks in.

I think this occurs due to a lack of calories with braces. Also extractions.

From what I've been reading the type or brand of braces/bracket is less important than the orthodontist. In that case it doesn't matter if you choose clear or metal. You should read more topics on this forum.
