I had flared upper central incisors prior to braces due to my underbite. The orthodontist did some IPR and put bends in the wire to flatten them out. They’re not completely straight but it’s as best as it’s gonna be. They’re definitely much better than before.

I see the flaring and the slightly crooked tooth. Despite those two things, I think your teeth looks fine. You may need extraction to fix the flaring, if you chose to do braces again. It’s entirely up to you of course, but I wouldn’t do a second round of braces if I were you.

I wonder if your crown wasn’t prepped correctly for bracket placement. The tech told me they prepare crowns differently for gluing on brackets when compared to “regular” teeth. The brackets on my two crowns have stayed put, 16 months and counting.
