Just wait till your adjustments get to 5-10 minutes, lol. I think I've been through so many 5-minute adjustments and I included the time in which they let me brush my teeth, lol. I suppose this happens mid to end stage of treatment...

my teeth are only braced to include up to the first molar so my 2nd molar and 3rd (wisdom teeth) weren't braced...maybe to avoid this problem but i wasnt told. tho' it's noticeable when looking into my mouth it isn't so out of the line of the arch that it looks weird...however, i am the first person...
