I have read that they are not suitable because of how tight they are to the teeth. Actual custom whitening trays have space made to allow for the whitening gel to spread over the front of the teeth.

I was given an estimated treatment time of 18-24 months, I'm now in month 32. Mainly due to me being picky so have delayed my debracing.

Prior to braces I had a clicky jaw for years. I was told having braces could improve or even make this worse. They look amazing!

They can feel quite strange at first but you will get used to them. My lips used to get very dry but not anymore. One thing I still can't do is I cannot eat very well with my mouth closed which I hate! hoping once the braces are off I can go back to eating how I used to.

Oh yes totally normal to feel discomfort when you touch teeth. I can just about remember all that feels like sooo long ago now.
