I talked to another surgeon, he said he can remove my chin plate for me....I'm not sure I'm going to do it because I haven't come across anyone on this site who did the removal and the tightness went away.

I've been dealing with this for so long I don't think I'll ever be able to find a surgeon who will help me. I can't take it anymore. I don't want this life of constantly crying over this anymore. I want my old life back before this stupid surgery. Im so tired of being miserable.

Thats awesome, you mentioned your reason for surgery was very uncomfortable stiffness and pulling of chin and lip, would you say the surgery was successful in alleviating some of those symptoms?

my advancements were very tiny, lower jaw 6mm forward and chin back 4mm. Im such an idiot, I had a very small overbite camouflaged by a nice prominent chin and most of all I had 0 functional issues and a happy life. This surgery was such a mistake for me
