It should make you nose look straighter if it was not before, and it should help you breathe better through both nostrils. You nose would prob look slightly different anyway due to having upper jaw surgery. He did a good thing anyway...all for your benefit, some surgeons just leave it deviated...or ...

Hi,

Glad you're happy with your results and healing well, I don't think you ever mentioned though what was wrong with your bite pre-surgery and why upper and lower was the initial diagnosis yet you only had lower.

Just curious.

I went into the op at 56kg came out and shrunk to 42kg so being 170cm and severely underweight means he cannot operate until I am 54kg. But I am now 50kg so should be maybe March/April not sure. Don't even know exactly what ...

I heard walking helps swelling go down, being active. Doesn't help it go quicker, as in knock months off, it will still take 6months + for it to completely disappear but it helps it for the day. Things like arnica and stuff like that, I tried but it did not seem to do much, however the cooling gel p...

They say warm saltwater is good to keep inside your mouth clean and help with inflammation. I did notice a difference when I did it. Things just felt a bit more clean and a bit less tight.

Glad you finally got something to smile about :D Hope the pain eases but at least things are not as bad as you were thinking and that all the negative sides of what you are feeling from healing are positive in terms of healing :D
