in my opinion form and function tend to go hand in hand.... then again i guess thats not always true.

people have said it looks like my nose was broken at one point though.... and my cheeks are flat but thats a family thing along with the big nose lol. it only gets bigger as you go up the family tree. Im worried i wont look like the other people in my family too.

I'm a Class III overbite with 4.3 mm cant, the overbite itself is less then two millimeters.

Your first consern should be finding the best surgeon you can. Basically, if the guys name isn't really well known in that area, don't consider it. i'd assume they'd only make the incisions as big as they needed to be to remove the screws that were bothering you, I doubt they'll even remove all of them.

well the issue really is that there are two professionals involved here, with differing opinions.
