I was braced 3 weeks ago and my biggest issue with sleeping with them is clenching my teeth together. When I wake up in the morning some of my molars are actually touching but as the day progresses, only the very tips of my back molars touch. Quite strange!

I also agree with the age misconception. I'm a mom of 2 and just turned 30 and was braved 2 weeks ago! I don't believe you're too old for braces. Thay being said, I wish my parents had have done this 15 years ago for me... but I decided to do something for me for once!
