Hi, I have 17 upper and 34 lower and have wondered about how I will synch any refinements. I think this is particularly important as I am in Australia and as far as I know we only get one refinement here. I know a few people that have bottom only on now, and they are less noticeable when you are onl...

Now, this is the kind of post I like!!

It's great to hear that you can cut corners and it still work well. At least it makes me feel that if I mess up every now and then it is nothing to get too stressed about!

I'm not sure exactly how long mine are out each day to be honest, but i think certainly nearer three hours than 2. I can't believe the 23.5 hours suggestion! That would be almost impossible. I actually find it really hard when I am cooking for the whole family and can t taste the food to check wheth...

Sorry, I have never heard of it. What is it?

I live in Australia, so it is possible that we might not have it here. We are some way behind the US in these things.

Funnily enough I had a migraine for the first two days of my first set, but didn't suspect it was related. However, on thinking about it it might well have been. One thing I have noticed is that my aligners need a good wash before I put them in for the first time. I wonder what it is that makes them...

I was wondering about this, and I think your mouthwash theory might be right. I have also been bleaching, using a product called nitewhite. My ortho doesn't fit attachments until tray 3 and you bleach during the first two trays. It all seems to work pretty well as far as I can see. However, even wit...

Hi there, I actually saw about five orthodontists before I found one that would treat me. Fortunately the one that I chose is VERY experienced, a platinum provider, and now runs an Invisalign only practice. Some orthodontists aren't experienced enough to take on more complicated cases, others are. Y...
