That would make sense. My top teeth did point in quite a bit; in fact my top front teeth were starting to bite into my bottom front teeth. Following. I don't remember anything in my contract about that but of course that doesn't mean it wasn't in there. Worried about that a bit because my molars are taking a while to fix and I'm worried about going over the quoted time. I was quoted 30 months and am paying for 32.

I am now 16 months in & I still haven't heard for sure that I'm not getting extractions. Hoping at this point it means I won't.

Found an old pic of my teeth before braces the other day. No wonder my teeth hurt; that one lateral stuck out A LOT! This pic even caught one of my wonky bicuspids.

My Damon braces have helped a lot with mine. Hard to tell from pics at times because my front teeth pointed in quite a bit (I have a Class 2 Division 2 bite) but the way the Damon system works has helped widen my arch enough not to need extractions so far (my ortho had originally planned to).

Oh boy that's not good. Good to see your coworker is going to a specialist now.

I would at least call and see. If the wire did bend, it will start putting your teeth more crooked.

Better, updated views of the gaps. Are the gaps on bottom getting larger in ~2 weeks?
