Once a clencher always a clencher. It comes from a signal in your brain. Yuo can only control it but typically cant stop it. If you have only been in braces for a week your teth are going to be sore and start getting lose even without clenching. A deep bite is when your upper teeth overlap your lowe...

Many docs have an 'open' office with a big open room with multiple chairs.
Many adults do not like this but most (not all docs) are geared toward kids.

My office isnt open. I have walls but no doors.
Many adults have commented that they like it better.

Keep in mind another contributing factor the the damage on your lower teeth could be your bite. Esp if you have a deep bite. If you are a grinder/clencher now you will most likely be a clencher with the braces on too. Typically you may notice it a bit more with the braces on (teeth are more 'sore' a...

That isn't exactly true about hipaa (1 p 2 a's btw) there isn't a hipaa police and they will not likely blink an eye at what amounts to a hollow threat. They didn't share info or breach your privacy and there are no damages ( other than the parking fee) so not much there lawsuit wise. Now I do feel ...

Well if the tooth isn't even engaged on the wire, how could the wire being too tight cause it to ache? I had a bit of a similar situation to yours where they had to use a spring to move the teeth apart a little to bring a tooth between them into place, and it hurt a bit. It was more once they engag...
