I recommend getting them put on close to a weekend or whenever your "weekend" is...but I don't think a day off is needed.Its awkward a bit at first but I think its more in your head than what anyone else is noticing.... My biggest issue was eating and getting food stuck in my braces. My recommendati...

I had all 6 top teeth done--the grittiness smooths down in no time at all. Im thinking after a month I forgot all about it. It smooths out little by little. Mine now feel just as smooth as all the rest of my teeth.

What do you mean by "old effect?" Is the chin a lot different? Wider or longer?

Those are lifesavers. Walgreens carries them as well--and even ran a BOGO sale on the Orthopik brand.

Swishing peroxide around in your mouth is supposed to help---no idea if it really does or not though. Same thing was baking soda. (not at the same time!!) I plan to Whitestrip STAT when the braces come off.

Can you use Orthopiks for flossing? Those are the little flossers but for braces...I would think they would slide in and out of a permanent retainer. Might make it a lot easier.

Hi all!!! Ive been browsing this place for a while now but haven't posted till now...so how you all doin'? :) Prob will get lengthy but heres the deal... I had braces for over 4 years as a teen which included an expander to make room for some crowding (which worked!) and a tongue spike in order to "...
