Uneven, just run some weak cleaning solution through the system. Bit of diluted vinegar works for me.

I've also got an underbite and tend to drool, particulary in my sleep. Few issues with mumbling as well but not sure if that's physiological or psychology.

Wouldn't removing wisdom stage at this stage be counter productive? Presumably the treatment plan has been tailored towards having them left in.

Had a look for this appliance in the United Kingdom and there only seems to be one dental practice anywhere near me prescribing it and they don't seem to have a good reputation.

First appointment today, which was free consultation. "Powerful jaw", type 3 Malocclusion (I think, should've wrote it up). He's referred me to a specialist orthodontist but seemed to think it was fixable with braces. Bigger issue than I thought but I'm glad he didn't just take my money and straight...

Probably going for braces at 31, just researching so I know what to expect at my ortho appointment(s) in a couple of week. I'll post updates as I go.
