Hi!
I wonder how (what tools) do you use put on your elastics? I tried my finger but it's bit clumberson. I resorted to a tweezer but it still takes a few attempts and a few snapped away from me..

Is there a magical tool that makes putting the elastic band on easier?

I was told by my ortho that I would need to change them about 4 times a day. I change them after every meal, and at night before bed so this works out to 4-5 times per day. It depends on how many elastics are in your baggies. Mine come in packs of 100.. not sure whether that's standard or not

should i pour them out and count?? it's not labeled on the bag..

I usually change mine twice a day. It's been 4 months and 3 weeks for me. I just started elastics today. There's a sea lion on my bag of elastics. Size 1/4" 6.4 mm heavy.. not sure what that means..
