Re: Good, Healthy, Soft Foods

It seems that there are a lot more 'healthy' brace kind foods stateside. I have no idea what cream of wheat is nor some of the other things on your lists but here are some of mine: Porridge with honey (ready brek is a particularly soft brand) Scrambled egg on soft toast Mashed potato with spring on...

Re: Waterpik help?

I have the Ultra WaterPik at home. It's great. I have the cordless WaterPik which I took on some trips. I think it is also great. It is not as great as the Ultra but it works. I liked it a lot.

Re: Good, Healthy, Soft Foods

Yes, fish is doable. You may find it difficult to get protein. I forgot one of my favorite sources of protein, eggs. I like them over easy with hash browns. When you are getting the Dole fruit, see if they have Fruit Chillers. They are AWESOME, super cold and soothing. Klondike ice cream sandwiches ...

Re: question about tooth movement...

Does anyone here know how braces actually take a twisted tooth and make room for it without extractions? My lower teeth have a couple of very rotated teeth, and I understand the bracket placement helps with torque ect. but what I am asking is- I feel like all of my teeth are being compressed togeth...

Oh yeah, oatmeal is good, especially the instant packet kind since it's smoother.

Re: Good, Healthy, Soft Foods

I love Greek yogurt, it's really smooth and creamy plus you get protein. Wednesday night I had chicken wings for dinner, it was really easy for me to pull the meat off the bone with a fork I bought a large tub of Dannon vanilla yogurt and put it in a cone coffee filter, the whey drips out (a LOT of...

Re: Good, Healthy, Soft Foods

I ate a ton of broccoli cheese soup in the beginning--also cream of wheat, applesauce and mashed potatoes. It was quite a while before I could eat pancakes, but that was my first "solid" food. I still can't really handle bread.

Never heard of it. WaterPik and Sonicare has some of the best results though and might even be cheaper.

I'm one of the few, possibly, people who is not as concerned about being 'on time' or having chocolate chip cookies. I just want to land safely. I just want a good job done.
