Hello! I too have an overbite - it's awful. Funnily enough I never ever sucked my thumb so I think I was just blessed with unruly teeth! Getting them whipped into shape soon though - got to get two out on top and then on go the braces... A month from now I will be officially braced!

Wow! Brilliant pictures! Thank you for sharing - I'm getting clear on top and metal on the bottom as well and am simultaneously nervous and excited... I will be posting plenty of pictures, too!

I read so many of the posts on this thread before registering - really amazing to see your progress! I am destined for braces in a few weeks and the ortho reckons about 2-2.5 years though of course I am hoping for quicker movement than that. I too am having two teeth pulled on top - 1st premolars. Looks like we'll be on roughly the same timeline - I'm due to get two on top pulled - not sure about the bottom yet but apparently with two bicuspids on top out, my top jaw should line up better with the bottom, so we'll see! They're coming out very soon and my braces should be on in a few w...
