Can a Anterior Bite Plate help with bruxism? Iv'e read some info on it just was wondering. It looks alot like a hawley retainer. I would prefer to wear something like this than a clear bulky nightguard that haven't been comfortable

I grind my teeth at night. Ive used over the counter nightguards with little results. Ive been searching online and saw info on a bite plate will this work instead of a bulky nightguard. It looks like a hawley retainer what does everyone think
