"Feeling" the screws through your face/gums?

I can feel 2 total screws.

Above my upper left molar i feel a little nub through the gum
Also where the nasolabial fold meets the nose, i can feel another little nub

Is this normal?

Honestly, im about 6 months, and my nose swelling is finally subsiding a bit. I imagine it won't be back to normal for another 6 or so

yeah.. sucks.. but im hoping i can get more of the lower lip back. the pain and upper jaw dont really bother me.. but for kissing etc.. no lower lip.. sucks

LOL at 3 weeks EVERYONE is still swollen to an extent and im almost positive every single person on the planet with this surgery has a crooked/weird smile till at least 1-1.5 months post op. You'll be amazed at what the 3rd and 4th week do as far as healing goes.!!!

5 months out and still numb in lower lip and upper jaw.

pain in 2-3 areas of my mouth. specifically, ONE tooth, when applied pressure to, hurts like a motherf*cker!

Man.. Dont know if your case it would be worth it. Your upper and lower jaw dont look that recessed, but honestly, from my experience, you need a TRUE PROFILE view to really analyze that. Anyway, if I were you, dont play around with just any surgeon. Do your research and throw more money down for th...
