Sometime I have my trays out up to 4 - 6 hours at a time (not recommended). However my teeth are still moving to its correct place.

If you floss prior to putting your trays in at night/ morning, this may casue blood on the tray

Hi,

I have the smae issue, with my frint top teeth. One is noticebly longer than the other. My dentist have offer to either shorten a tooth, or put veneers on the other - depending which suits my face shape.

Ask your dentist what after treatment they offer.

Too much brushing is not good for the teeth.

I just bring along floss, mouthwash and some sugar free gum after each meal

Speech difference in invisalign

Has anyone notice a speech difference since starting their invisalign.
Prior to my invisalign I had (and was told) a very siglht lisp, now that has all but dissapeared. Has anyone else ntice a difference with their speech??
