Almost 7 months now. Top doesn't seem to have moved at all since last time, and only small movements on the bottom.

Thanks jenny, artroxu and lindesd, good to know i'm not the only one. I'd not heard of either IPR or bonding so have been googling them both. I've lost about 3kg in 8 weeks since the braces went on. Mainly been due to not eating between meals, which is a big temptation where I work - always lots of biscuits, cakes, sweeties about. Apart from between meals I'm eating completely normally and everything I used to eat.

Thanks Bekah and Katt :D I think other people are able to notice a difference more than myself. When I look at the pics, I just see what still needs doing, not what's already been done in 7 weeks. Can't wait for the ortho to get started on the bottom ones - i think movement will be much more obvious...

Ok, had my first adjustment on Friday. Can't believe it's been 7 weeks already :o. Had my clear elastics taken off and wires put on - I was expecting more elastics so that came as a bit of a suprise.
