Cancelling at ClinCheck

Get this guys....... My experience upto the ClinCheck left a lot to be desired I wanted out. The dentist tried to charge me £800 ~ $1600 to pull the plug I knew this was a BLATANT rip off since I had earlier been informed (by the lovely receptionist) that it would cost £500 ~ $1000 After having to...

Don't wait for him to offer it, request it, they might say it can't be done, if so mention the info from this thread.

Let us know how you get on.

My ClinCheck had me down for 0.4mm 6 times and 0.5mm once.
All for the upper arch and that is for the seven spaces in between the 8 front teeth.
That totals just under 3.0mm.

Does that sound a lot?
Does to me. lol

Thanks for the update.

Invisalign followed by normal braces, seems to be a little too common.
Are you having to pay extra for the brackets.

Expensive England

Exchange rate
£1=C$2
That means mine is
9000 Canadian Dollars

Ps: According to my Clincheck mine is for 34 weeks, I highly doubt it would be this short

Clinchecked

If you want it you may have to be aggressive and not accept their response that they can't do it. Excellent advice jeni. Plain old assertiveness just doesn't work when they just don't want to do it..... any excuse....... lol What you will get is .avi video files of the clincheck. As far as I can wo...

diehard thanks for that

though I think what smileys after is the cost if you decide not to go ahead after seeing the clincheck.

I'm in that position myself after having seen my clincheck a few days ago.

x-rays and orthos.... x-rays and scanning

Thanks guys, :D I love this site. Wanted to have the x-rays handy since I am booking several ortho consultations. The only one that I have been to so far did not take x-rays/moulds he just had a look around and gave me his ideas charged £30/$60. I realised that in this case for example I could have...

x-rays relevant to ortho consultation. panoral &.....?

Hi

My dentist let me borrow my x-ray,
It is the one showing all the teeth, called panoral I think.

I recall taking x-rays from some other angles showing one side of the mouth maybe.

Would it be better if I get those x-rays as well, or is it not that important.

Thanks
