I had 4 extractions a couple of weeks ago and they're still healing/closing. It's very annoying when food gets in there. Luckily I have a syringe from when my wisdom teeth were extracted and have been using it to very gently flush out any food particles. Salt water rinses help heal the site too. Goo...

I've used the Rincinol twice and it's helped tremendously, especially with my bands, or the 'cleats'. Don't like the taste, but it's worth it.

My total cost with the Herbst and brackets is going to be around $6500. I was only quoted this and accepted it because I like the small size and the self-ligating brackets.
