Last night I took the thing out for about 6 hours and my front teeth started to touch again. Now I'm extra confused and its Saturday.

I got my braces off last Thurs. and received my essix clear retainer this Wednesday. I'm 26 with metals and I'm having a hard time with them.

I eat anything. Just bite right into it. Certain things do get stuck more and can be annoying though, but my Waterpick pretty much takes care of it.

My wire has come out of the very back bracket, the tube looking part, and has been out a couple weeks. Would anyone here recommend I go get it placed back in? My ortho is close so thats no problem.
