for me it was a very bad dream , a few nights ago , i had a dream that i went for my 3 months check up , an my orthodontist looked at my bite an walked away , came back in with the ortho tray an said , i'm SORRY to say but i need to put you back into BRACES agian an did , WOW what a nightmare AHHHH...

I don't like the way I look with braces. I look really ugly.

Don't sweat it. But just in case, do call the ortho. One fell off of a back tooth, but it wasn't one that needed to move much.

breal87 - my guess is that they are metal, not ceramic, but I don't know for sure because that's not my mouth.

There are people that have taken longer than 3 years to finish up their treatment. Be optimistic. You can make it! You will have that smile that you have been dreaming of. Thankfully, I don't need much time in braces. I hope your treatment will finish soon!

Some people's teeth move faster than others. Don't get discouaged! Stick it out! There will be noticeable changes by your first adjustment for sure!!

Glad that you are trying to move onto normal foods tomorrow!! Deserves a banana, eh? I am not stong enough to eat normally the day after an adjustment, but rather 2 days after. Glad that there is progress.
