well, I also have quite full lips, but haven't had the problem with the pout, untill maybe soon, because now he(orho) isn't making the teeth go back, but more outwards cause now my jaw is too narrow. hm interesting!

So, first adjustment this year:) It went as usually, very short and FINE. Although my ortho got a phonecall while he was getting this wire thing out of my wire sort of, lol. Hard to explain, but I bet it looked funny! Anyway; he changed the top wire to widen up my "narrow" upper jaw. Ahhhh...

Yeah, my routine depends really. There can be a lot brushing, depends on what I eat.. But of course, at least twice a day. It's hard to brush after each meal, I eat so often! But I'll defenetely give it a try to get even better at my dental hygiene!

How important is it really to brush after EACH meal? I don't floss too often:S I'm gonna start doing it everyday now though, I guess better late then never. It just takes a lot of time. And I only brush twice a day, should I brush after each? I guess I should start that too:P starting today. Ok, so ...
