I dont know what day of the week you are getting your extractions but i had 4 extractions on the same day and i made sure i did it on a friday. I worked half a day and was back to work on that Monday. If you are doing it during the week then you can take one or two days off. =)

THe white stuff is a good thing! it means that its healing. Just make sure not to pick at it as you can burst the blood cot. I just got 4 extractions done this pass friday and i am currently in the same situation. =)

Spacers were the worst part for me. Its pain i never felt before and my mouth so very sore. But i can honestly tell you that everything else is a breeze compare to the spacers. I had to have spacers in for 2 weeks as well and couldn't wait for those things to come out.
