i jus got my spacers in on August 1st as well, there really isnt any pain, my spacers were also very hard to put in, my contacts are extremly tight, i had 4 teeth pulled in order to prepare for braces, the only problem i have with the spacers is that it hurts when i chew, even soft things but im sur...

well im new to getting braces as well i will be getting mine August 13th and im 20 years old, i will be getting ceramic on the top and metal on the bottom. right now i have spacers in my bac molars, 8 of them and i find it hard to chew it is painful, any suggestions what to do? or how long it lasts?
