newmetal - good for you, i'm glad you stuck up for yourself and told him that you are not happy. Hopefully the retainer will close that gap... But honestly it's like what is the harm with keeping the bottom on til the top come off you know?? It's just weird

ooooo i really hated having that medicated gauz shoved down into my sockets, it tastes SO BAD. Everytime you eat you taste the stuff... its no fun

hey hey! The only part i found annoying was holding my mouth open so they could get all the glue off, my mouth gets real tired. don't eat any chocolate with nuts in them, the nuts get stuck in your braces and it's so annoying. But I really eat anything I want... lol i can't help it!!

Zuke what I recommend is that at your next appointment when they take the wire out, go to the sink and brush your teeth and floss really good! Honestly... I don't floss as much as I should now that the braces have been on but I do keep good care of my teeth by using an expensive electric toothbrush,...
