Hmm....I wonder if you grind your teeth at night. The other option (besides or including your retainer being of crap quality I suppose :roll: ) is perhaps the way that you clean them? I've heard that the solder points of hawleys can be sensitive to harsh cleaning. Best of luck with your new retainer.

As far as looks go - your teeth look great! If you are having issues with your bite I would definitely talk to your ortho.
