the same thing happend 2 me as Ema, after surgery i acutaly looked the healthiest ive ever looked, my skin was perfect, had no spots and the white in my eyes went really white. i think its just to do with the diet u have post surgery.

i wouldnt worry your still VERY early days, im now 13 months post op, and still almost completly numb

Im now 8 months post op from surgery, but my bottom lip still isnt completly back to normal its still a little numb. Hiya, i had the same problem after my surgery too, even at 3 months post op when the swelling at totaly gone my lips still wouldnt touch and clsoe without force, i think its just the muscles that need to gain strength again, im now 8 months post op and my lips are back to normal.

I have just been given some teeth whitening trays from my dentist, he says to use it for 2 hours everyday for 2 weeks, if anyone else on here has used 2 them how soon would you say you began to see results?

Im getting my retainers next week, after three years of fixed braces. I jsut wondered what type of retainers you get, are they just clear plastic? I know its different for everyone, but im not sure if retainers are ment to be worn at all times or just at night?
