Just to update everybody, after getting the run around with the company I got in contact with the office manager and she pulled my chart to do some investigating. She ended up waiving the $1,095 I was charged for the procedure since it was the clerks mistake for quoting me the wrong price. :D Such a...

Wisdom teeth out for braces...Is this a possible lawsuit?

I had my wisdom teeth removed at a University medical center in March 08. I had a consultation back in October 07. After the consultation I was given an estimate of 347.50 included with my insurance deduction so I set up an appt to have the procedure done. I called numerous times between that time t...

Yeah its really fast lol! I was scared out of my wits but I just tried to make as many jokes with the nurse and doctor as I could. So pretty much as soon as they talk to you about the procedure you'll lay back (I would recommend putting on a good amount of lip gloss or chapstick on your lips) they'l...

I highly recommend you find the nearest dental school. I havent gotten my procedure done yet but my private oral surgeons office it would cost 1500 for 4 full bony impactions along with sedation. But, I went to the dental/medical school and my fee will only be about $346.....its a pretty crazy diffe...

Oral Surgery at a dental school?

I already had my consult the oral surgeon in my area and the cost will be about $1500 WITH my dental insurance. I have medical insurance but it will not cover any of the sedation.
