Has anybody else experienced this and if so what was the reason? Also, my ortho has me on elastics right no...

I actually couldn't eat any soft food till 3 weeks post op because of the elastics in the front.

I just started mush food: mashed potatoes, beans,.. but i also have had the most pain that i've had these last few days.

Did anyone else experience more jaw pain once they started eating soft foods??

I just got my tight bands (felt like being wired shut) with heavy orthodontic elastics. Right in the front, they are placed in a triangle shape to restrict me from opening my mouth too far, but my OS gave me permission now to eat mush food. My question is how do I fit food with thsoe bands in front?...

i had a bit of scare last nite, day 13. I went to lift a full laundry basket, and I thought I felt something in my jaw. Then I remembered you weren't suppose to lift anything heavy and I got all worried. For the next hour, I had a small anxiety attack and I thought my jaw was moving, which I know ca...

I totally feel you guys on the food commercial thing. For me, its not pizza as much as burgers. It seems every restaurant has come out with a new burger this last week since my surgery just to torture me. Also, the indian food sounds heavenly. I wonder if indian vegetable and lentil dishes qualify a...
