You're right the bands are nothing...I've had the bands on for like 3 days and it's really just an irriation more than anything. It's hard to eat my tongue and cheek keep getting pinched! That sux.

I had my bands put on today and I'm having my brackets in a few days. They feel so weird in my mouth I hope I can get use to them sooner than later. Will my mouth be sore over the next few days? Right now I'm not feeling any pain at all...I wasn't sure if that would change over the next week or so.

Hey I was reading this post and I can so relate to the poster soreness...I had my spacers put on like 3 days ago and I'm having alot of soreness too...I can't wait to get these things out! So with these salt rinses do you just mix it yourself? Is it over the counter? Sorry I know these are dumb ques...
