I'm newly braced so I go in every 4 weeks. I haven`t broken any wires or brackets so far. Just a minor adhesive problem that was fixed today.

Good news!

I went to the ortho today for an emergency appointment and they removed the glue in less than five minutes. Ah...now I'm not worried anymore. Hopefully I'll see some movement with these two teeth.

Recently when I was flossing, I noticed that some glue from a bracket was connected to a tooth beside it. It's hard to floss in between those two teeth because that glue is in the way. I was wondering if the glue would affect the movement of the teeth?

I love my little tube of vaseline or carmex.

My teeth were slightly overlapped. It's kind of hard to tell in the pic. By the next day I had a small gap in the front. I still do and I hope it doesn't get any bigger. =/

I bought the Agent Cool Blue and have used it a few times, but the only thing I'm concerned about is that it will stain my clear ligs eventually. =/

I'm going through it right now, and to tell you the truth it's not that bad. When I smile you can't even see the spaces unless I point them out to someone. Try hard not to stress it. Just think about it, a couple of years from now you will have a beautiful smile. It's all for the best. Good luck! =]

The salt water rinses seem to be helping me out alot. I don't find myself biting my cheek as much.
